June 30th, 2022 - Views Report for My Listing Clients - Specifically on the Realtor.com Platform
In the image below, you will see a captured report displaying that my listings have received, between the dates of May 31st, 2022 and yesterday, June 29th, 2022, well over 88,000 views on the website Realtor.com
As a member of the KAARMLS, there are many websites which we send our MLS listing data to, and there are many websites which share that data. This is automatic syndication, and it allows for websites focused on advertising real estate in a professional way, which are popular, and which obtain enormous swaths of visitors focused on real estate, to display your property info, details, photographs, etc.
Some clients recently have asked me why I don't manually input listing data onto sites like Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist, and my answer has 3 parts:
In my opinion, serious real estate buyers and their agents are going to be using Realtor.com and their local and regional MLS databases, and are NOT going to be relying solely on Facebook Marketplace, nor Craigslist, for their property searches. It's not a good use of time, money, nor energy.
Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist have algorithms that are not helpful to advertising real estate, and they do NOT automatically syndicate and update in coordination with the MLS.
Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist are mediocre, at best, for yard sale or used goods types of free ads on occasion, but the results there are very inconsistent, and these websites are RAMPANT with scams, scammers, and non-serious buyers.
In every part of my business, I utilize data reports that are provided to me, or data reports that I, myself, have created and gathered using my knowledge and education about databases and database design, and data extraction.
Below is one of those reports which I pulled from Realtor.com, and it backs up my company motto of "Real Data. Real Results."
See for yourself.
