New Firm Launch - Updates - March 27th, 2023

I spoke with TREC representatives today. They requested an additional bit of paperwork, and that has been uploaded and completed for review.

They have already assigned an ID to the Firm, Trillium Cascade LLC.

This might be the last bit of paperwork they request before the TREC review is complete.

After that, I will be contacting the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS®

l will also be paying fees to reactivate my memberships with TAR, and NAR, and Supra E-Key. Then, everything will be good to go.

This means currently I am working on scheduling photography for all of my new listing clients. If you are one of the 17+ on my waiting list, and you see today's update, please text me right away to touch base, and confirm you are ready to take the next steps.

Tennessee is famous for it's beautiful varieties of Dogwood Trees which have largely begun to bloom this morning, Mon., Mar. 27th, 2023 in East TN. You can still find many Redbud Trees in bloom. Other rare and beautiful native blooms to look for, and protect, include Mayapple Plants, which turtles love to eat, and Yellow Trillium.
