Announcements, Upgrading License, & Continued Education: Real Data Real Results

Sometimes you get what you pay for, and in a very good way.


I have made it my business to provide the highest quality of service and expertise to my clients in a variety of ways.


I feel confident about the services I provide. I work both harder, and smarter, for my clients.


And, I compensate agents who cooperate with me top notch, and this helps everyone to achieve sales goals.


First, any agent who comes across this may print it out. I give all agents permission to feature any of my listings in their advertisements, on their social media pages, and on any other platform which they desire to share, advertise, post about, print, and write about. This is because my goal is to help my sellers sell quickly. I am in it to win it for them. This is legal consent, as is required by real estate rules, to advertise another agent's specific listings.


The highest level of cooperation, and compensation, between me and other agents, no matter what MLS they are part of, achieves results, and those are facts.


Another thing I do is continue my education far above and beyond what the minimum requirements are. In fact today, I submitted my application, and payment, to the state to upgrade my license from Affiliate Broker to Broker today, after passing another round of National and State Exams, and completing several years of continued studies.


My next goal is to complete over 100 credit hours of continuing education in the next 24 months.


I love my field of business, and every day I learn new, complex, and intricate details in my field of real estate. I love excelling at what I do, and I do so much behind the scenes for my clients. Many agents do, and the general public does not have a good understanding of how hard, and how smart, we really do work to achieve results, so I hope this article will put some of that in perspective, especially for me and my business model.


Below, I will share some data with you, derived from an article published with the National Association of Realtors. This article pulls data from a variety of statistics which come from reputable sources, which are respected by NAR.


This data reports that there are over 3 millions real estate licensees in the U.S.


There are 106,548 real estate firms, in the U.S.


The typical home size is 1,900 square feet.


The typical home owner is 45 years old.


In 2019, 64.9% of families owned their primary residence, roughly.


The National Association of Realtors has members to date of 1,564,547, as of October of 2021.


67% of REALTORS are licensed as sales agents.

21% hold broker licenses.

14% hold broker associate licenses.


NOTE: My Affiliate Broker License will upgrade to a Broker License in a few days.


The median age of REALTORS is 56.


Most REALTORS worked 35 hours per week.


NOTE: I typically work 50-60 hours per week, and more on my busiest weeks.


Most REALTORS prefer to communicate with text, most often, and this is at a rate of 93%.


NOTE: This is the fastest way to keep up to date with a large base of clients.


69-70% of Agents have a website.


NOTE: I am definitely in that category.


Of the members that use drones in the real estate practice, 36% hire professional, 14% have someone in their office that uses drones, and 6% personally use drones. 21% do NOT use drones.


NOTE: I own 6 professional quality drones, and my business partner and I do professional quality photography on foot, and with drones, with professional quality equipment ourselves. We are in that RARE 6%.


Doing this gives us an ability to revisit properties seasonally, at different times of day, when special lighting, weather, or wildlife can be captured, and after improvements and enhancements are made to property, especially land, views, water access, etc. This is particularly valuable when specializing in land, like I do. I even sometimes deep hike property to access areas during the winter that some property owners have never themselves visited before, or where guns must be carried in case of encountering dangerous wildlife, including bears.


We really go above and beyond for our clients in many way. But this is especially one of those ways. Because of the experience and training I have received and sought out in hunting, navigating, and weapons use, and because of the experience and training that my business partner obtained working, hunting, and gunsmithing in Canada, Wyoming, Tennessee, and more, with his father, and both of his grandfathers, War Veterans, hunting, hiking in the wilderness, and more, we are able to go where most people will not, or can not, with confidence, comfort, and professionalism, and a bit of calculated risk.


Buyer's report that 51% of them found a property they decided to purchase on the internet (websites like Realtor.com, Zillow.com, Trulia.com, LandWatch.com, etc.). 28% of them report that they found their property due to a report that their hired Real Estate Agent provided to them, or that their Agent presented to them or introduced to them. Only 4% report finding the property they settled on buying due to seeing a physical sign. 6% say a friend told them about a property. 6% day a builder or agent for a builder found it for them. 3% say they knew the sellers directly. 1% say they were moved by an ad they saw in a newspaper.


NOTE: When I publish your ad in the MLS with KAARMLS, is automatically distributes on many top websites, like those mentioned above, and many more.

We also utilize physical signage.


90% of sellers report being assisted by an agent when selling their home.


Some things that most folks find difficult about in trying to sell property themselves (without an agent) include the following: preparing property to sell, determining the appropriate price and marketing strategy, achieving an appropriate amount of advertising, showing the property, understanding and carrying out paperwork, negotiations, selling within a good time frame, having enough time to devote to all tasks needed, attracting buyers, and helping buyers obtain financing, etc.


NOTE: These are all things I can help with, and much more.


I have helped so many sellers to sell property that they have tried to sell before, and never could. I have photographed so many beautiful properties all over this state I love, Tennessee. I have negotiated deal, and analyzed prices and data for more properties than I could ever count.

Today was a great day of celebration and accomplishment. I love you both with all my heart.
