From Nov. 2021 to today's current date, I was involved in the successful sales of over 29 properties. On these deals I was either representation of the listing client, the buying client, or handled paperwork and negotiations for both sides.

On this deal, I represented the buyers/investors. I also represented the sellers on a home that sold for $80,000 during that time span. I sold land with all kinds of price ranges.
